What type of firewood do you sell?

This year we are offering two grades of firewood:

We sell Mixed Hardwoods.
(We don't sell any firewood that includes softwood).

Is your firewood from a local, sustainable source?

The majority of our firewood is locally sourced from our Tree Surgeon Services throughout Herefordshire. When stocks run low we do need to buy some in to keep up with demand.

How dry is the firewood?

We are extremely conscious of ensuring our firewood is ready to burn when you have it delivered. All firewood has a moisture content of below 20%. We dry our firewood naturally in our barn, which is located just outside Hereford.

How much is delivery?

We deliver our firewood for FREE within 10 miles of Hereford. If you're a little further away please contact us and we can let you know the delivery cost (it won't be much).

When do you deliver?

We can deliver on weekends and evenings to suit you.

How do I pay for my firewood?

All payments can be made by cash or credit /debit card.

Delivery during Covid-19?

We deliver whilst maintaining social distancing rules for your peace of mind.
